The eVisit portal
A user-friendly, one-page visit planning portal that offers automatic alerts, detailed reports, and customisable features like user roles, approval workflows and form fields. It integrates with AALA and LOtC, supports staff certifications, includes dynamic risk assessments, and allows unlimited imports from pupil management systems.
The Outdoor Educators Advisory Panel (OEAP) and QES Ltd have worked in partnership for more than 15 years to develop and deliver eVisit – an on-line management system for Educational Visits. Longtown EVAS has been offering the eVisit system as an optional part of its Advisory Service since 2018. The system has recently been upgraded to offer greater functionality to users.

The OEAP guidance is integrated throughout the system (in both the original and upgraded versions), giving users direct links to specific advice throughout the visit planning journey.

The upgraded system offers:

-
An efficient and intuitive one-page form, automatic alerts for updates and approvals and extensive reports at the click of a button.

-
Unmatched functionality with flexible configurations for user roles, approval flows and new form fields, AALA and LOtC integration, qualifications and certifications for staff, volunteers and providers, dynamic risk assessment builders and much more.

-
No hidden costs, all current features (excluding Wonde access) come as standard including mobile-friendly version, unlimited manual imports from pupil management systems (including SEN and pupil premium pupils), no geographic constraints, shared calendars across establishments and integrated support and guidance for all users.
